I just wanted to show my wife how much I love her. I pass by the store many times and decided to give them a try. She loves them and posted the arrangement on Facebook. All her friends were envious. Flowers are still a good way to make your wife smile even when it is randomly given on no particular occasion. Thank you so much!

Do not shop here. Long story, short - Owner had no idea of planning a wedding, no pictures or samples, couldn’t provide any price points, quote within a week (didn’t happen), was told to text inspiration pics (which we did, within a couple days), and never heard back. Had to reach out multiple times, still no quote. Didn’t get back to me. Multiple times reaching out. Waste of time. Unprofessional. Don’t waste your time. Long Story: First off, we set up appt and owner was late for wedding consultation. During meeting Owner proceeds to state “there’s plenty of time to plan your flowers, I’m not in a rush,” regarding my timeline for my wedding (2nd red flag). Next we go through meeting, owner jotting down info on paper, confirms a contact number and proceeds to ignore every question within a two week time span. Fast forward two weeks, finally get a response stating “a quote will be given shortly. “ One week later no quote, wasted time. Unfortunate, wanted to go with a local Waukegan florist but it failed. I would not recommend Lesly Flowers to anyone planning a wedding.

I placed an order on Tuesday, 2/3/26, for a floral arrangement scheduled to be delivered on 2/4/26. When I contacted the shop to ask for a delivery update, my email was completely ignored. The delivery was never made. The shop is closed for the day. already. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. DO NOT ORDER from this business—they took my money and failed to deliver the product or provide any communication. 2/6/26 Black flowers can be beautiful when done correctly. At no point did my message mention harming anyone or causing any damage. There was no threat made, and there is no basis for involving law enforcement. I initially emailed you requesting an update on the delivery date, which went unanswered. The following day, I received a delivery confirmation stating the arrangement had been delivered, when it had not been. You later stated that delivery was attempted but that no one by the recipient’s name lived at the address. I then acknowledged and apologized for the address error on my part. Because this was a custom order, I requested a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery, as noted when the order was placed. I asked multiple times for a photo before one wa

My experience here was wonderful! They’re a fairly new business with a fresh location, and their arrangements are perfect for any occasion you’re celebrating. I purchased two bouquets, and they were absolutely beautiful! The owner even helped carry my flowers to the car. The only issue I had was that their apple maps location is outdated, so I recommend calling ahead to confirm the correct address. Sorry the photos were before the event and I was trying to keep the flowers alive!
